We are here to offer you a smooth return process for your purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped within Lagos and falls within a RETURNABLE CATEGORY and is within the 2 days return limit from the date of delivery, while orders shipped outside Lagos has within 3 days from the date of receiving to initiate a return. Kindly contact us immediately you receive your order, at the lapse of these days, we will not be able to accept the item for refund or exchange.
Kindly note that the items must be unopened, unused, unassembled and must be intact in its original package. Be inform that customers will bear the cost of return shipping to us. In the event that the return is due to error on our part, we will check thoroughly and complete such returns or exchange at no extra cost.

Below are the list of the items that are not eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange:
- Personal health care products/toiletries such as oil, lotion, powder, diaper and wipes
- Hygiene products such as sanitary pads, breast pad, panties and brassieres or any other type of underwear for adults and children
- Washed items especially clothes and accessories
- Assembled or open items with already damaged carton
- Personalized items that you requested to be designed especially for you.
- Items bought through clearance sales
It is important that customers read product description carefully before placing orders, ask questions and inspect your packaging immediately at the point of the delivery. We reserve the right to determine other items not listed in this policy as ineligible for return/exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and funds deposited to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. Please note that there will be applicable ‘bank charges’ deducted from refunds that are not as a result of our error
